Monstera Adansonii ‘Swiss Cheese Plant’

Light: This evergreen prefers bright, indirect sunlight. Too much direct light in warmer months may burn the foliage.

Water: Give your Monstera regular waterings and let the soil dry out slightly in between, watering only occasionally in fall and winter. To increase humidity indoors, mist the foliage using a spray bottle of demineralized water or rainwater.

Additional Information

Your monstera will have heart-shaped leaves that develop holes as the plant ages (called "fenestration"), making its leaves resemble Swiss cheese.

The roots will brace against the ground or any available support, giving your Monstera plant a vine-like tendency to climb if they have the proper support.

The ASPCA cautions that this plant can be toxic to cats and dogs. Keep out of reach of curious furry friends.
