We ship Canada-Wide only. We do not ship to the US at this time.
We wish it could be overnight, but it all depends on where you live in Canada. It can take up to 7-10 business days to get to you after leaving our location.
We can ship to a PO Box when we ship with Canada Post. If you decide to use a post-office box, please be prompt to pick up your order by following your tracking information. Please note that using a PO Box will void our 14-Day Happy Plant Guarantee.
We’ll need a bit of time to put your order together. Once your order leaves our location, you’ll be emailed your tracking number(s) and be able to track your shipments by using the link(s) provided. Please try not to leave your plants outside in a box for longer than they need to be.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your plant will arrive on a certain day. We try our best by providing a tracking number to help you know when you can expect your green gift. We suggest you place your order in advance of when you need it, just to be safe.
During colder months, we will be insulating and adding 60+ hour heat pads to all packages that include plants at no cost. We will also give you an option to upgrade your delivery with a 4-day maximum arrival time.
We currently accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Visa Cards, Apple and Google Pay through Shopify secure payment system. We currently do not accept PayPal for payments.

Included in your package will be an itemized list of all plants, pots, and accessories sent. No payment or price details will be included in your packaging.
If you want to make a change to an order that has not yet shipped, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. We will do our best to make those changes for you. However, once your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Currently, we will only have pre-orders available for seasonal items with set shipping dates. Such as Valentine’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas. These plant offers are often seasonal arrangements or special arrivals available for select parts of the year.
