All of our plants have a guarantee period of 14 days. But what exactly does that mean? Well, let us explain!
If you follow our recommendation for watering and care, but your plant doesn’t make it, we will replace your plant or give you a store credit.
Of course, they do, but we'll keep these short and simple to qualify for our Happy Plant Guarantee.
Please don’t do it! Upgrading the size of your pot generally isn’t needed for the first few months or longer. Repotting can put your plant in shock, causing additional stress to your plant that is already adjusting to a new environment. So, if you decide to repot your new plant addition, it will void the Happy Plant Guarantee.

Please, reach out right away. Let us assist you and your new plant before it is too far gone & we can no longer determine what might be happening.
Make sure to reach out early, so we can establish a cause of death. If you wait too long, there is usually no way to establish if the Happy Plant Guarantee applies.
After receiving care tips, give your plant addition some time to adjust to the new routine. Plants are resilient creatures, so be sure to give your plants at least 2 to 4 weeks to recover from whatever was harming them. If you see no sign of further deterioration, then you are on the right track!
Most likely, but not to worry. We don’t want you to send back a plant for fear of your warranty ending. When you contact us during your warranty period, we will make a note on your file. We may ask you to wait for a while to allow your plant to recover. Your warranty will be extended & will be recorded for the next person who may assist you.
If you have followed our steps for watering & care, but your plant was unsuccessful, we will honour the guarantee with a store credit.
The in-store credit can be used for the same plant if available, a different plant, or something else, like a pot or accessory.
Your credit will be given for the value paid at the time of purchase but will not include shipping costs.
If you see pests/plagues within two weeks of receiving your new family member, please let us know immediately & you will be sent a new one or issued a credit!
Keep in mind that Pests can come from anywhere, therefore after two weeks, the 14-Day Plant Guarantee for pests does not apply.
Our growers use strict protocols to ensure that their facilities and products are free of bugs and pests, but these little devils can still find their way onto plants from time to time, be sure to reach out if you see one upon arrival.
Yes, you can return pots, but we ask that you contact us first before shipping the product back to our location.
If the pot is damaged, we ask you to please send us photos of the product within 48hrs of receiving it. You will be sent a replacement or issued a store credit.
If you have changed your mind about a pot, or it does not go with your aesthetics, it can be returned. However, there is a 15% (minimum $10) restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on plants. However, we do have a 14-day Happy Plant guarantee.
If you have an issue with your plant due to pests, diseases or your plant has passed away within the 14 days of receiving the product, contact us by sending us pictures and details to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org.

On How To Return Items
If you wish to return an applicable item such as a pot or an un-opened and unused plant care product because your mind has changed, please reach out to us within the first 14 days of placing your order. Your next steps are:
Once we receive your return request, we will issue a shipping label that you can print.
Please reuse the box your order came in and pack your items securely. Ensuring our plants and pots find their way back to us in good health! If the packaging is already recycled, you may return the items in a different box. Please, return your goods within 14 days after you receive a return label from us.
Drop your order off at a Canada Post collection centre.
As soon as we receive your returned shipment, we will inspect all items and issue a refund equal to the value of items minus a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10).
We will process your refund using the same payment method you used when ordering your product(s). We reserve the right to delay payment to you until we have received the products back in our warehouse or until we receive confirmation of your shipment back to us.
