Ficus benjamina, also known as the weeping fig or Benjamin fig, is a popular indoor tree that is native to Southeast Asia and Australia. It is a member of the fig family (Moraceae) and is widely cultivated for its ornamental value.
The weeping fig is a slow-growing, evergreen tree that can reach up to 30-40 feet in height in the wild, but is usually smaller when grown indoors as a houseplant. It has slender branches that are densely covered with glossy, dark green leaves that are 2-5 inches long and taper to a point.

Lighting: Your Ficus thrives in medium to bright indirect light and can tolerate soft morning direct light. Plants that do not receive sufficient light will lose their lower leaves.
Watering:Benjamina likes to be steadily moist but like most plants do not want to be sitting in water. If your plant is sitting in the water this may cause the roots to rot. In some cases, this plant can be sensitive to change in moisture, be sure to keep your watering schedule consistent.
Ficus benjamina is a relatively low-maintenance plant, but it does require some specific care to keep it healthy and thriving. It prefers bright, indirect light and should be kept out of direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. It also prefers consistent moisture, but does not like to be overwatered, so it's important to let the soil dry out slightly between waterings.
One thing to keep in mind with Ficus benjamina is that it is sensitive to changes in environment, such as moving it to a new location or changing the amount of light or water it receives. If the plant experiences any stress, it may drop its leaves, but they will regrow once the plant has adjusted to its new conditions.

This plant was beautiful the day I got it.
I did notice some damage or rust spot or something on the main huge stem. I’ve not been able to fix this.
Within a few days the leaves started turning brown. And it hasn’t grown anything new…. But it’s still not dead. So it’s still a win.
Among the different bundles that you sell,I guess it’s difficult to make sure every plants are different. So,I received a couple of plants you already sent in a previous bundle. But they are in great shape,and I’ll love them anyway. Thanks.
