Watermelon Peperomia, also known as Peperomia argyreia, is a popular houseplant cherished for its unique foliage that resembles the rind of a watermelon.
Watermelon Peperomia has small, succulent-like leaves with a distinctive pattern. The upper surface of the leaf is a rich, dark green colour with irregular silver or cream-coloured stripes, while the underside is usually solid green. The leaves are thick and fleshy, giving them a succulent-like appearance.
Peperomia argyreia is a relatively low-maintenance plant and is ideal for beginners.
